Flourish uses a pay-per-consult model. Individual consults cost $79. Complete Care includes 4 consults for $260. There is no subscription, membership, or hidden membership fee.
How it works
Care is provided through the Flourish app. Virtual consults are available in the app 24/7. A licensed clinician reviews the information and submits the care plan within 2 business days.
Prescriptions and pharmacy
When clinically appropriate, prescriptions are sent to the patient's preferred pharmacy. Medication, pharmacy, delivery, lab, and other third-party costs are separate from the consult price.

The current homepage is still a waitlist. Flourish is announcing upcoming availability in California, Florida, and New York this fall.
