What is Flourish?
Flourish is a virtual menopause clinic built around you. Instead of waiting for a video appointment slot, you complete your consult whenever it works for you, day or night. Our certified menopause clinicians then review your information in detail and prescribe Menopausal Hormone Therapy (MHT) when appropriate, without you ever having to take time off or sit in a waiting room.
How does Flourish work?
Flourish care is led by certified menopause clinicians through the Flourish app, available on iOS and Android. Complete your consult anytime, 24/7. A certified clinician reviews and finalizes your care plan within 2 business days. If a prescription is clinically appropriate, we send it directly to your pharmacy of choice.
Who is Flourish for?
Flourish is for women with ovaries at any stage of perimenopause or menopause, from the first symptoms to full transition, who are exploring MHT.
How much does Flourish cost?
Flourish uses a pay-per-consult model: $79 per consult, or $260 for Complete Care, a series of 4. Consult purchases are HSA/FSA eligible. Pricing covers the consult only; medication, pharmacy, delivery, lab, and other third-party costs are separate.
Does Flourish accept insurance or HSA/FSA?
Flourish keeps costs simple and transparent by not accepting insurance, so there's no waiting on prior authorizations or coverage disputes between you and your care. Consult purchases are HSA/FSA eligible, so you can use pretax dollars toward the cost.
Is Flourish available in my area?

Who are the medical experts leading Flourish’s team?
Flourish's clinical model is led by Heather Hirsch, MD, MS, MSCP, Co-founder and Chief Medical Officer, who also founded The Menopause Clinic at Brigham and Women's Hospital. Her leadership grounds Flourish's care model in evidence-based practice, delivered through a modern platform built for how women access care today. Nihar Ganju, MD, Co-founder and CEO of Flourish, is a board-certified OB/GYN who has built a career in virtual care technology for women's health. With a background in computer science from Johns Hopkins, he has spent over a decade leading digital health innovation for national telemedicine models and publishing research on clinically aligned AI. At Flourish, he leads the platform, ensuring that its use of AI strengthens, rather than replaces, clinical judgment.
